Policies

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older.

Check Acceptance Policy
Personal checks are not accepted.

Guarantee Policy
We require a valid credit card to guarantee all reservations at the time of booking.

Cancel Policy
We require cancellation notices at least three days in advance of the arrival date, or guests will be subject to a penalty of one night's stay (subject to seasonal rates). If no cancellation notice is received, guests will be charged for the entire reservation period. Please check terms at the time of booking for conditions that apply to your reservation.

Early Departure Policy
In the event of early departure, the remaining duration of the reservation will be charged to the guest.

No - Show Policy
A no-show fee 100% of the stay applies to guests who do not check in for the first night of their reservation.Children 12 and younger sleep free in existing bedding.

Payment Policy
The resort accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Carte Blanche, as well as cash payments. We regret that we cannot accept personal checks.

Late Check - out Policy
The resort is happy to arrange for late check-outs, subject to availability. Prior arrangements with the resort are strongly encouraged.

Pet Policy
No pets are allowed in the resort.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in the resort, with the exception of the Churchill's cigar lounge.

Spa Pool Policy
Please note that if weather conditions do not allow the use of the outdoor children's pool, children under the age of 12 years are allowed to use the indoor spa pool with parental supervision. Children will only be able to use the spa pool from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. After this time, children under 12 years are not permitted in the Arabella Spa. Additionally, children under 16 years are not allowed in the sauna area.

Connecting Room Policy
The resort offers the convenience of hosting guests in connecting rooms, subject to availability. Advance reservations through the resort or travel agents are strongly encouraged.

Passport Policy
The resort requires a valid passport at check-in.
